L’Oeil du Lézard 2022
L'Oeil du Lézard is La Rêvolte's most ambitious red — Carignan, Grenache and Syrah from the best parcels in Pézenas. Victor Anglade vinifies without additives using native yeasts, but with longer maceration and more ageing than La Rêvolte Rouge. Denser, darker and more complex.

Le Fils du Lézard is the white side of La Rêvolte — Vermentino, Clairette and Terret Bourret from Pézenas, vinified without additives. Three autochthonous Languedoc varieties delivering a fresh, mineral and floral white with saline Mediterranean notes.

About La Revolte
Victor Anglade runs La Rêvolte in Pézenas — an estate built on family tradition and a will to do things differently. Five generations of winegrowing family in the background, Victor with a few hectares of his own plots and grapes purchased from family members — uncles, cousins and friends in the region. The philosophy is clear: healthy farming, minimal intervention in the cellar. No additives, no sulphites. Pézenas terroir with its warm, dry Mediterranean character and fruit intensity that demands care in the cellar to maintain balance. The wines are simple and straight-backed — they do not try to impress, they are made to be drunk.
