Dry white wine made from Chardonnay on clay-limestone soil. This wine is the result of a single plot at an altitude of 300m. Everything ferments in a single batch using indigenous yeasts and without additives. For aging, three containers are used (stoneware, wood, and stainless steel) to bring complexity to this single-plot cuvée. Approximately 2,000 bottles
