La Plage 2023. A plot of old goblet vines replanted with Carignan, Aramon, Cinsault, Alicante Bouschet, Œillade, Terret, Mourvèdre, Morastel, Vermentino, Grenache, Grand Noir de la Calmette, Clairette, and Ugni Blanc. Maceration for two weeks, with whole bunches and destemmed berries placed layer by layer. The aromatic profile is broad with notes of red and black fruits. Beautiful balance, complexity, and length on the palate.
