Balanced orange blend wine where 90% is Grenache Blanc, grown organically in hills of a famous Saint-Chinian AOP region. 10% is Roussanne, gentle white grape grown in famous Berlou’s microclimate. Together they are like a sweet breeze, like the name tells. The wine was macerated 3 weeks with skins and fermented in clay amphora for next 10 months. This is probably exactly what your idea of orange wine is - rich but gentle.
