Syrah 80%, Grenache 20%. Made of Saint-Chinian region organic grapes. Macerated 4 days and Fermented 8 months in oak barrels in La Robina´s chill stone vat on altitude of 300m/1000ft. Chists terrain with full bodied Syrah brings hot summer of 2023 into your mouth. Alc. 12 vol. Sugars left 7%.
