White Organic Wine

Organic wine means grapes grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, with respect for soil and ecosystem — certified under EU organic rules. White organic wine from Languedoc uses the region's long growing season and coastal or altitude vineyards to produce fresh, aromatic wines with clear fruit.

Here you'll find everything from clean, crisp wines on Vermentino and Grenache Blanc to more textured styles with short skin contact. Many producers also work with minimal intervention in the cellar, even though organic certification itself concerns the vineyard. That gives white wines that are easy to drink but still have personality.
