Papillon M 2023
Papillon M is La Robina's most demanding wine — 100% Mourvèdre with 3 days of skin contact, one year in French oak and one year in bottle in the stone cellar. Mourvèdre in the right place with the right hand: dense and complex but not heavy. Needs air and patience.

About La Robina
La Robina is situated outside Berlou in Saint-Chinian, one of Languedoc's most distinguished schist terroirs. The estate specialises in natural wine production with grapes hand-picked and handled throughout. Fermentation takes place in clay jars, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks depending on the cuvée. Red wines are made from Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. White and orange wines from Grenache Blanc and Roussanne. No additives — nothing is added to or removed from the wines. The Berlou terroir with its steep schist slopes and Mediterranean climate gives the wines deep structure and mineral character.
